Affiliations

NCALL has affiliations and/or certifications with the following agencies:

    NeighborWorks® America

  • NCALL is a fully chartered member organization of this national network of excellence for the housing and community development sector. This membership provides access to resources such as training institutes, technical assistance, and the ability to apply for capital and federal initiatives. NCALL’s staff receive extensive training and certification from NeighborWorks® America. NeighborWorks® America rates NCALL annually (Exemplary for 2009) and conducts rigorous and comprehensive program review audits of the entire organization every three years resulting in a substantial report. NCALL is responsible for reporting and maintenance of standards.

    • U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development

  • NCALL is certified by HUD as an approved housing counseling agency for comprehensive services. HUD conducts biennial program reviews on NCALL’s housing counseling component. The most recent report referred to NCALL as a “model housing counseling agency”. NCALL is responsible for reporting and maintenance of standards.

    • U.S. Department of Treasury

  • NCALL was certified as a Community Development Financial Institution and a Community Development Entity by U.S. Department of Treasury in 2004. As such, NCALL is eligible to apply to the CDFI Fund within Treasury for capital and technical assistance resources. NCALL is responsible for reporting and maintenance of standards.

    • United Way of Delaware

  • NCALL is an affiliate agency, as opposed to full-member agency, and as such is only eligible for designated contributions. If you wish to designate a gift to NCALL in their system, our identification number is 0758. United Way of Delaware conducts regular management and policy reviews. NCALL is responsible for maintenance of standards.
