WELCOME — MAKING THE RIGHT CAREER MOVE MATTERS
Home. A place where you feel welcomed and respected. A place that you can put your best foot forward and dream of the future; and relax knowing you have people there to support you.
Home. That’s what working at NCALL feels like. We have a talented staff of 40 employees from many diverse backgrounds. Some members have been with the organization 30+ plus years while others are “a new kid on the block”. But together, a mighty team is formed to welcome our clients with an open door—virtually, for now.
We value our relationships both with clients and colleagues as we strive towards our mission to strengthen communities through housing, lending, and education.
And, like a family, we have core values as guiding principles for the organization, as concepts honored when making decisions, and as the way we relate to our stakeholders.
NCALL embraces these values as we pursue excellence in diversity & inclusion:
Compassionate: We welcome and respect everyone and care about their current situation while looking forward to the promise of their futures.
Resourceful: We connect people’s needs to opportunities.
Trustworthy: We pursue excellence and are responsible stewards of the resources entrusted to us.
Responsive: We listen, learn to understand, and create plans that serve diverse interests.
Innovative: We act as change agents in the financial health and well-being of people and communities.
In addition to a family-like environment, NCALL offers a flexible work schedule, competitive salaries, and an excellent benefits package that includes:
- 13 paid holidays and generous vacation and sick leave
- Comprehensive health insurance plan; 95% paid by NCALL for Individual coverage
- Group long-term disability policy and life insurance policy
- 401K retirement plan in which NCALL provides up to a $2,400 match to employee’s contribution.
- Dental and Eye insurance coverage are available
- Tuition reimbursement through NCALL’s Higher Education Fund
And did we mention, NCALL received Top Workplace 3 years in a row?! Maybe we are a little biased, but it’s a great place to work.
